John and his colleague laid 2 wool carpets and sisal for our stairs and landings. Excellent work, very flexible with timings and variations to the job as we went along. John gave us sound advice and was happy for us to source some of the carpet ourselves from remnant suppliers. Always friendly and courteous. Much more competitive pricing than all the shop-based specialists we tried. I thoroughly recommend John and his team.

John was friendly, helpful and efficient. He came quickly to measure up and provided a very reasonable quotation. The carpet supplier could not specify a delivery time, and so I needed John to be ready to move the carpet upstairs whenever it arrived. He kindly agreed to arrive early, fit the underlay and wait for the carpet. John and Adam fitted the underlay and carpet beautifully and had finished by lunch time. I was delighted with the results and am happy to recommend their excellent service.
